Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours from your scheduled appointment(s). Please understand that I’m booking out hours depending on your service(s) and that it’s difficult to fill your spot in a short amount of time. For the new clients who book online and require a deposit, your deposit is also non refundable. I allow a 10 minute grace period (with accidents/unknown traffic I understand, but please keep in touch that way we can sort things out) and anything after that will result in a late fee. Thank you for your understanding and I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
